Iceland 2002

Cchange worked with Iceland from April - November 2002 to ensure that the Vision of their new Operations Director was effectively communicated to employees and integrated into existing initiatives and processes.

This was undertaken shortly after Iceland became part of the Big Food Group and at a time when retention of key people was an issue for the business.

Input from store staff throughout the UK as well as Head Office, resulted in a new recruitment campaign based on the strengths of Iceland as identified by existing employees.
