Britvic 2002
From June - August 2002 Cchange worked with the HR team at Britvic to improve communication to existing as well as potential employees.
Work included an audit of Britvic's key employment messages, the effectiveness of the channels they were using to reach candidates and the alignment of internal and external messages.
This resulted in the design and launch of a new recruitment campaign, a review of how Britvic worked with recruitment consultancies and revisions to their employee website.
