Creating values

In 2000, shortly after Norwich Union merged with Commercial Union to create CGNU, Cchange worked with the board of a major new web-based division.

The aim of the project was to establish a set of internal values, aimed at attracting, retaining and motivating the right people. Critically, the values had to communicate the vision of the merged parent company, as well as those of the new division.

Designed to create a dynamic culture, the values fed into recruitment, induction, reward and recognition initiatives as well as day-to-day communication.
