We chose to work with Cchange because of their consultants' relevant experience in change management, particularly stakeholder management principles. We were also impressed by their ability to bring a fresh approach and perspective to our project, gained from wide experience of different organisations. She completed a difficult piece of work within our very demanding timescales and in this short time integrated with GSK people at all levels very effectively, engaging with the virtual team to produce a piece of work that the team needed and can now buy into.
